The Man Behind the Brand?
Felicio Franco has been a Master Hair Stylist for over 42 years ! He studied in California with Vidal Sassoon and then went on to becoming a world renowned platform artist. He worked besides one of the industries largest mogul's Rusk, for ten years. He opened up his first Salon at the age of 17 and he's been changing the hair world since!
Felicio still continues educating other cosmetologists and even went on to creating his own Scissors brand. With all that being said , his passion is behind the chair and making the client feel like they are getting the best experience from beginning until the end of their service.
